Outside made from cotton corduroy; inside is 100% cotton. Two pockets outside and two pockets inside. Zippered closure. Several layers of interfacing on both the outer layer and lining for stability. Gold thread accent ribbon trim.
Approximate measurements are: 11" wide, 7" high, 3" deep; straps are reinforced self-fabric and have about a 10" drop from shoulder to bag. Machine washable.
